“Haas & Sons Electric provided excellent customer service, I was informed via email and text every step of the way. They send a representative photo ahead of the scheduled visit, and provided a call. Mike was thorough, and patient . He gave me layman term explanations for my issue, the experience felt honest, although there was some upsell I never felt pressured to purchase outside my budget. My only drawback was the set pricing as oppose to the hourly rate jobs I am use too. I would highly recommend them for electric jobs requiring extensive labor.“

“Replacing our gas cooktop with induction. Several steps involved in the larger process, but for step 1 we needed someone to prepare the area for the power needed to operate an electric stovetop. Ted was able to come over quickly and confirm that we’d need a junction box (below stove), new circuit (run to the circuit breaker) and additional breakers for the circuit. Ted is great, friendly, and willing to explain things and talk about the work. Gave us a lot of confidence and we’ll be looking to him in the future for any other electrical projects. Thanks!“

“I would give them more than five stars if I could. I have used Magothy for more projects and upgrades in my home than I care to count! My circuit breaker box was not up to code and all the receptacles needed to be replaced when I moved in. They found a few areas that were clearly done as a DIY project and fixed those issues. I have also had light fixtures and attic fans replaced over the years. I tend to have a bit (a lot) of anxiety when it comes to electrical work in general and I feel completely safe in my home now. They are reliable and do high quality work and are extremely pleasant to work with. I have not had the best of luck finding good contractors in general, so when you find a good one, you hang on. If you ever need any kind of electrical work, I would not hesitate to call them.“

“Requested a quote and owner personally talked to me. Described my issue and rather than installing 2 LED lights most recommended, the owner troubleshooted the problem and found it was a bad switch. He replaced the switch and all done within 5 minutes. Next I asked him if he could install a ceiling fan. He said yes and within 30 minutes he took down 2 ceiling fans and transferred one successfully to another room. Incredible value for the price I paid.“
