I had two great conversation with Daniel, the first time during a prior attempted aeration visit when he arrived and it was way too wet to perform the service, and then again today. He is knowledgeable and a great listener for my concerns. I was home during his service today and saw him as he proceeded to do a careful and thorough job of aeration and overseeing. Excellent work, Daniel! Five stars!

Jamal and Alexis were AWESOME!! they answered all my questions regarding the dried areas of my lawn and what I should do/expect. I have to say both of them have very good interpersonal skills, which I think is of essence in customer service, very professional!
