I have a Townhouse in the Kentlands in Gaithersburg and my neighbor pointed out that his roofer found damage to his soffit and mine.I found Torres Painting and Construction highly recommended on Nextdoor and then read their 5 star Google reviews and tried them out.They did not disappoint. I love when a vendor does what they say and does it on time for the amount of the estimate. I've had Juan and his associates do lots of work in my home. We've had him do things such as drywall repair, repairs on our shower (the door came off it's railing and the entire set of drawers needed replacing), adding insulation above our bedroom in the attic space as we had very little, and removing popcorn ceilings.All of the work that Torres Painting and Construction performed in my home was always high quality. They were meticulous, paying special attention to detail, were friendly towards my family (even my dog who loves attention), always prompt, budget friendly, and respectful of my home.
