By far the best customer service ever. My daughter wanted to get a wig for a dance. I know nothing about wigs. I sent a picture to The Make Up of Hair and she answered my questions (I had a ton). She instantly said that’s not human hair and pointed me in the right direction to find the correct type of hair. Above and beyond the call of duty. So knowledgeable, friendly and customer oriented. Forever grateful!!!!!
I contacted Mika to fix the lace on my frontal wig after getting no response from the person who made it for me. I also decided to get a silk press and trim. I hadn't been to a salon since the pandemic and the experience was a total delight. Mika repaired the wig and transformed my hair so that I left feeling bouncy and confident. I will definitely be back to get more hair treatments and get my natural hair back into a healthier state.
