My family stayed for 2 nights (thur & fri) but had a comfortable time here. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Pros: -quiet on the 6th floor, even with being the first room by the elevator (I expected it to be loud and annoying) -nice hot breakfast options -great open area for seating during breakfast and available all hours (as far as I could tell). Great place for groups. Some lounge/couch areas. My kids played some board games together. -clean and spacious rooms -full size fridge, dishwasher, 2-burner, microwave and small kitchen sink -nice staff -coffee and tea available after breakfast (for all hours?? Or until they run out? As far as I could tell) Cons: -really didn't have any on this stay and I'm a critical person!
Some really good, but some really bad so 3 seems fair. Good: nice rooms, clean, comfortable, no complaints. Staff was great, facilities were great. Again, no complaints. However, the sound of a trash truck unloading the dumpsters underneath our window at 5:00 AM woke us all up. After finally getting back to sleep, before 6:00 AM a delivery truck backed up and began unloading supplies, also right below our window. There is an expectation that if you are renting a room, you won't be woken up before sunrise.
So the room was pleasant, clean no smell nothing the tub was deep enough for a big girl to enjoy her bath. The dishwasher stuck a little bit because of the wall. in a tight spot so opening and closing took a little effort. to be honest, the breakfast sucked, it wasn’t even worth getting up most people just had the cereal or coffee. The breakfast wasn’t at all what anybody was expecting. No pancakes no waffles no French toast just yuck.
