Had 7 windows replaced in a townhouse with laminated windows to decrease the traffic noise. After a long discussion on my needs with Rachel she got me exactly what I needed and the crew did a fantastic job with the installation. The difference these windows make is striking...both in appearance and in keeping the noise down. Everything went as planned and promised and I can't ask for much more than that!

David Pagan & his crew are first rate, professional, skilled & knowledgeable. Right from the start, the pricing, measuring, ordering & time frame for installation was great! The custom part of the job, (changing doors to windows), came out perfect & looks great! Having the ability to communicate directly with the owner of the company, who also came to the job site on numerous occasions, makes you feel confident in your decision. A few months ago I bought a home that had several windows with broken tilt latch locks. I ignorantly opened one of these windows on a warm day and the wind blew it down breaking the exterior pain.
I found Rockville Window & Door info on the window frame and called them up. They followed up the same day saying the windows have a lifetime warranty.
After I mentioned the broken window was in my toddler's room one of their staff drove out to my house to pick up the broken window. He had it back the next day with several new tilt latch locks which I was easily able to install all of them. It was all covered.
