A few months ago I bought a home that had several windows with broken tilt latch locks. I ignorantly opened one of these windows on a warm day and the wind blew it down breaking the exterior pain. I found Rockville Window & Door info on the window frame and called them up. They followed up the same day saying the windows have a lifetime warranty. After I mentioned the broken window was in my toddler's room one of their staff drove out to my house to pick up the broken window. He had it back the next day with several new tilt latch locks which I was easily able to install all of them. It was all covered. They went above and beyond. I highly highly recommend and I will go back for my future window and door projects.
