Jim and his entire team are top notch and I am so pleased to have chosen them to sell our home. The need was sudden, and it had to be sold as quickly as possible without sacrificing profit. On top of that, it was being listed at a time one would think is undesirable - just before Christmas and headed into the middle of Winter. Jim didn't flinch, setting up the initial meeting and walk through with immediate plans for a photographer to take shots and enable the home to "go live" within days.
