Mr Sam Cool, vice president of Planet Technology, threatened to nullify a longstanding contract. He gave me 60 days after which he said the contract was null and void. Mr Cool then summoned my dad and me to a meeting in which we tried to explain the terms of the contract per filed documents in the Circuit Court of Washington County, MD. He still persisted and said he would cancel the agreement. So, I had to hire legal counsel in order for him to understand the terms of the contract, to which he relented. In the interim, he phoned my lawyer, for which I was billed. And he currently refuses to pay the legal fees I incurred and is passing the buck. Please be very careful...read full review
