Clarksburg Plumbing did a great job repairing our water main. They found the best way to fix the problem without unnecessary work, which saved us money. Also, the office was very responsive and went above and beyond to help us get all the information needed for the insurance. Highly recommend!
After having a blockage overflow and leak in our kitchen twice over the weekend, we called Clarksburg Plumbing first thing Monday. We were able to get an appointment same day and Jacob did a thorough job clearing the blockage. What I especially liked was his explanation of the issues we were having and his outstanding customer service. Jacob was meticulous in cleaning up before he left, leaving it in better shape than before he arrived.This is the second time we've hired Clarksburg Plumbing and despite there being two other plumbing services in Poolesville, these guys are the only ones we will hire.
Oh my goodness! Clarksburg Plumbing was amazing! I called late at night after discovering a broken pipe outside. They have a 24 hour call line, I opted to wait rather than go for emergency services. The next morning I got a call and by the afternoon Mason was here at our home inspecting and fixing the problem. I am so thankful for their quick response and turn around time to help us when we really needed help. Mason was great, he was very knowledgeable and he even taught us a couple of things to better protect our home. We are very thankful for his kindness but most importantly his professionalism!
