I’m a big fan of Opus Yoga and the intimate studio. The studio is comfortable with carpeted floors and ambient lighting and an array of instructors who are highly trained and kind. Glad I found this place.

I am very intimidated by Yoga. I am athletic but about as flexible as my kitchen table. I know I need to do stretching and yoga type activities to maintain my athletic abilities in a very competitive sport I play. Wonderful instructor Shannon P to the rescue. She is patient and fun, the class is small, folks are friendly, I feel comfortable there and that all goes towards remaining motivated and even excited (gasp!) to continue.

Opus is THE place to go to learn the essential foundations of yoga - both physical and spiritual. They will take the time to teach you proper alignement so you don't hurt yourself. Excellent instruction, correction and encouragement but with a great dose of thoughtfulness thrown in so it's not all about the poses, but about the process.
