COMPLETE SCAM. They are extremely pushy and falsely advertise military discounts (then raise their price) They also hook you in my offering a monthly plan which if you cancel the next day they will charge you a fee of $148! There is a federal law which allows consumers to cancel a contract within 3 business days. WHAT A SCAM!! Very unprofessional company.

Mike finds you a time slot as soon as possible, shows up right on time, does exactly what's needed, sticks to his estimate as close as possible, and is a total pleasure to do business with.One simply does not meet this level of service often these days.

Mike came to our house under very short notice to fix a leaky valve. He was very communicative and punctual, and worked quickly to find the right replacement parts for the job. Fees were extremely reasonable. I would recommend MPM Plumbing for future projects.
