Brian from Michael Bonsby HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical delivered superb service for my home electrical upgrades. He was prompt for our appointment, was knowledgeable and explained the whole process in a clear manner.
Brandon, the technician, has been incredibly helpful, reliable, and nice all the times that he has come, and I could not imagine a best experience. Unfortunately, these have been many times in a short period of time for a one-and-a-half year new system. So I'm not that happy about that and currently talking with Bonsby in the hope that they can ensure that this is not going to continue happening.
Both Daniel and his Supervisor, John Baxter, did a wonderful job when they came to my home to do a whole-house evaluation of everything that had or was currently going wrong with our 23-yr-old house!
Daniel & John figured out why garage disposal kept shutting off, not allowing us to use it; then, Daniel took the time necessary to fix the issue at the electrical outlet!! This was such a huge relief because it was a brand new garbage disposal and we couldn’t figure out why it refused to work continuously as needed!
