From the beginning, Kasandra was quick to respond and get everything set-up. She is ready to deal with anything. We sincerely appreciate the responsiveness and the way our salesperson Brandon conducted business. He braved the snow and inclement weather to give us an expert assessment and estimate. We were so impressed with Raul and Joel who installed our HVAC. They were conscientious and methodical and both worked like Trojans to complete the job—at great sacrifice to their personal time. The technician was polite, efficient, thorough and patient with explanations. I would recommend discussion of price be illustrated on the iPad, because it was hard to follow the math in my head. Thank you
We have been working with Michael Bonsby heating for several years and our primary service representative for HVAC is Jason, Smith who goes above and beyond to make each service call go well. He shares info for the homeowner to help understand our system and how to keep our systems working well. Great company to work with overall, easy to communicate and schedule. Good service overall.
