MedStar Health: Urgent Care in Gaithersburg at Darnestown Road

My walk-in experience today was excellent. The electronic checkin was easy (my first time here) and I was seen within a reasonable amount of time. From the front desk to the nurse practitioner, they were all very friendly and professional. What I loved the most was given a complete "Final Report" printout with all the relevant information, test results, diagnosis, recommendations, medication, etc. I would definitely come to this Urgent Care again.

I had a very strange ear ringing problem. Luckily, both MedStar Urgent Care AND Primary Care are in my neighborhood. I used them before, and everytime I've went to them everybody is friendly, patient, and respectful. Their sites are always clean. They LISTEN!!!!! I don't feel like I am just a number. They had to refer me to an ENT doctor, but we were able to eliminate some possibilities of what could be the problem. If you make an appt., you can see online where you are in the schedule! I’ve been to Med Star urgent care several times for my kids and myself. They are always friendly, and very efficient. It is also a very clean and inviting space. Every time we have gone, they have taken care of the issue and followed up with a phone call or email.
