Our oil heat furnace broke on what felt like the coldest day in November, and Mallick Mechanical truly came to the rescue. They were the only company able to come out the same day to assess the situation and provide an estimate. Tyler was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly helpful in walking us through the process of converting to a heat pump and installing a new AC unit.
Their communication was prompt, clear, and consistent throughout. Once the parts were ordered, a team came out quickly for installation. Every technician who worked on our home was professional, efficient, and hardworking.

Selecting an HVAC mechanical contractor can be challenging, but we were fortunate to have Mallick Mechanical recommended to us by Mallick Plumbing Services, who had recently done an incredible job replacing our hot water heater.

We reached out to Tyler at Mallick Mechanical regarding our planned HVAC system replacement, as ours was nearing the end of its useful life. Tyler came to our home and treated everything with the utmost respect and care. His patience as we asked every conceivable question was remarkable and completely relieved our anxiety. At this point I feel like it's bad karma if I didn't post this, but as a property manager in Rockville it's HARD to find a high integrity HVAC vendor. We provide satisfaction guarantees for our service so we need to keep a high standard. And heating/cooling become financial disasters for our homeowners. So running into Mallick's team was a dream. We just don't want them to get too busy for us.
