We were looking forward to bringing in a new company and we worked hard getting ready for the first visit, which Mike, the owner, said would be a 2-3 hour deep clean, with a 2-3 person team. After that, our monthly cleaning would be 1-1.5 hours with the same team each time. He said that at least one person on each team is fluent in English. What we experienced in this “Deep Cleaning” was a visit from 3 persons who stayed a little less than one hour, cleaned pretty much nothing and not one person was fluent in English. \n\nSuch a bad experience, we were not willing to have them return the next week for a redo (though they DID offer). This first visit was their time to make a great impression. Anything that WAS actually touched with a cleaning rag was done so with a very light touch, leaving filth behind. \n

We found Maid to Perfection through the Best Pick Reports magazine and hired them for cleaning our house bi-weekly. The cleaning crew was ok initially but the quality of their cleaning varied a lot. They were often in a rush and missed details. We had to give feedback multiple times to make sure the cleaning was up to our expectations. Recently, the crew stole some gold jewelry and cash from our house. We have filed a police report and cancelled the cleaning service. The company's management has not accepted any responsibility and did not even have the decency to apologize. There does not seem to be any accountability for the actions of their staff. We are extremely disappointed by the company's behavior. We wish we had not trusted Best Pick Reports. Since the theft incident, we found some other online reviews which mention items being stolen by the Maid to Perfection crew. Stay away from them.
