Maid To Perfection

I am doing this review on the behalf of my mother who gets the service, but I’m also living in the same household and I asked them kindly if they could start downstairs so that my son can still sleep and they start to vacuum in the living room, which is not downstairs. I would like them to understand, but also to listen.

We were looking forward to bringing in a new company and we worked hard getting ready for the first visit, which Mike, the owner, said would be a 2-3 hour deep clean, with a 2-3 person team. After that, our monthly cleaning would be 1-1.5 hours with the same team each time. He said that at least one person on each team is fluent in English. What we experienced in this “Deep Cleaning” was a visit from 3 persons who stayed a little less than one hour, cleaned pretty much nothing and not one person was fluent in English. \n\nSuch a bad experience, we were not willing to have them return the next week for a redo (though they DID offer). This first visit was their time to make a great impression. Anything that WAS actually touched with a cleaning rag was done so with a very light touch, leaving filth behind. \n
