All of the associates explained the process. They didn’t pressure me to use their service. They consistently communicate each visit and are available for consultation/follow-up each time, if needed. Thus far, it’s been a seamless experience!
Can't say enough good things about the customer service, and more importantly, the results that Lawn Doctor deliver! Had a ton of very stubborn bermuda grass that I struggled to get rid of for years, as well as numerous very large dead spots. Joe came out, recommended a course of treatment, and about a month later the lawn looks terrific!
After four years of trying to save money by maintaining our lawn care on our own, we contacted Lawn Doctor because we were putting good money into bad -- our lawn looked pitiful and had so many weeds and invasive growth. We contacted Lawn Doctor in August, they came out in September, and our lawn looks amazing and was transformed in just two months! I cannot believe how quickly our lawn came back (I must add that our water bill was stupid high because of all the watering we did, but watering is key to a healthy and beautiful lawn).
