Dr. Su (SP?), dental hygienist does a great job cleaning and doesn't make me feel bad if I didn't do a stellar job of flossing. Dr. Zaner has performed several root canals on me and has alway done a great job. He also does great on the Novocain, enough to numb my gums without making my face numb all day!
This is my first visit to Dr. Daftary and Lakeside Dental. I have been looking for a dentist for a while since COVID. It was a great experience from the first phone conversation to book the appointment to the Staff is pleasant, kind and helpful. The leaning was gentle but thorough. Dr. Daftary was kind but to the point. I wasn't not berated for not seeing a dentist for a while. I was given options and staff promptly took care of next steps.
A wonderful experience from start to finish. This past week, I thought I might have cracked my tooth and my dentist was on vacation, so I called this office, which was close to my workplace. They had a same day appointment. The front office was very friendly and welcoming. The paperwork was straightforward to fill out. When I went back to get checked, Dr. Daftery and the dental assistant were efficient and kind. It turns out that I didn't have a broken tooth, but Dr. Daftery said that I had a filling in that tooth that needs to be replaced. I've recommended this office to co-workers in case they need a dentist or if they need to make an emergency visit.
