Just walked into Kaiser Gaithersburg facility to get blood work done and had the pleasure of meeting SHIRIN, my phlebotomist. Very polite. Drew my blood, effortlessly with no ouch effect. Thank you SHIRIN. Also, like the fact that he safeguarded my identity by asking for ID to verify.

I had surgery yesterday and the care I received from my surgeon Dr. Kantak, the anesthesiologist, and my nurses Jacki and Jennyline was first rate! I can't thank them enough for being so kind and caring! Blessings to you and yours, Karin

Everyone at Kaiser has been friendly, professional, and thorough. However, I just finished having an MRI with contrast on a Saturday, and the level of customer service from the Radiology/Imaging department starting with the welcome from security to the radiology reception area was simply outstanding!! DILCIA, my nurse, and KOFI, my radiologist who performed the MRI, were absolutely SUPERB!I would not have competed the exam without Kofi's ability to calm me down and take his time with me because I was becoming triggered from an exam in my past and became very anxious!
