This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a technical professional (plumber). They answered every question, and I had a lot, educating me along the way. They were thorough, neat, professional and respectful. I was referred by a friend and I will refer friends going forward. I will use them for all of my repair and maintenance work.
Chris from FH Furr installed a new water heater in our home last week. Chris was very professional and knowledgeable. Chris was very respectful of our home during installation. Chris and another plumber installed the water heater the same day after assessing our old water heater was nonfunctional after 10years. I would highly recommend Chris and FHFurr for any plumbing service. They were excellent!
We had a gas emergency. It turned out to be pretty serious. It happened just as I was leaving town but James Wheat and Sons really came through. Their method of communication is to send you a photo and introduction to technician which makes everyone feel safer. They were able to complete the job the day after I called them.
