Went in with abdominal pains and was checked in and took back almost as soon as I got there. They took me to a room with nothing in it but a bed. This room also had a camera in it which I’ve never seen at any hospital. I stayed in that room for about 30 mins then was moved to another room. As I’m walking to another room there at patients in beds in the hallways. When I get to my new room all it has in it is a bed monitor and another camera. Really wasn’t comfortable with the cameras in the rooms. Doctor came in and put in orders and the nurse got on it pretty quick. It is extremely annoying that when you want to call this clinic, the ladies at the front desk hang up on you, they dont even take the moment to answer the call and I have seen at the clinic how they get a call and how the press a button to hang up! YOU ARE GETTING PAID TO ANSWER THE PHONE!! Do your job!!! I will take a picture of the ladies who does that next week I stop by for check up!
My family and I have been patients of the clinic for more than 9 years, the service at the reception is excellent, they address you with respect and kindness every time I need a medical appointment with pediatrics, they take great care of me.Normal waiting time.The attention of the pediatric doctors is good, I like it because they evaluate the children well and explain step by step what is happening. They respond to your questions and concerns, in general truly an extraordinary service.
