This clinic is exceptional for their service, care, and expertise. I have brought my cat at this facility for about 5 years and I have always been very impressed with their care and expertise about the matters of my cat(s). When one of my cats passed they personally wrote me a letter saying their condolences with hand written signatures. They are reliable and professional. The veterinarian is very informative and comes from personal experience when she provides me with guidance on matters concerning my cat. I have no complaints! My only mistake was waiting so long to switch vets. Everyone was kind. They took the time I needed to answer all the questions about my little one. Didn’t feel rushed in anyway. Also appreciated them explaining and taking the time to go over details.
If you’re looking for a vet who will treat your pet like royalty (even when said royalty is a 17-year-old cat with murder in her eyes), this is the place. Dr. Bonnie Hileman is absolutely AMAZING! She treats my cat Mattie like she’s her own—gentle, patient, and somehow completely unfazed by the growls, side-eyes, and towel-wrapped drama. She takes the time to explain everything in detail and always makes me feel informed and reassured, even when Mattie is planning her next escape.
