Mr. Diaz came out, talked to us, and provided us with excellent input for our project. We received a detailed estimate broken down into individual tasks with labor and materials broken out. This was extremely helpful in our decision making and the cost was fair for the amount of work to be done so we agreed to have Diaz do the work. We are living in the house so the work had to be done around us. I can tell you that this is a very trying process but Diaz's courteous, professional and did everything they could to make us as comfortable as possible. Our project liaison, De'Andre was always on top of things in making sure the job was done right. The workers were careful, clean and did everything in a timely manner. Their price was also very competitive. My garage had some hairline cracks that allowed water to seep through when it rains and they fix those before applying the epoxy.
