Darin is a treasure. He helped my mother to sell her home after she suffered a stroke that necessitated her moving in with me in Indiana. Darin was compassionate, patient, knowledgeable, and able to work with all the members of the family. He went above and beyond in helping us get the house ready for sale. Darin is also ethical (unlike another realtor we encountered during this process) and professional. I highly recommend Darin as a realtor.
I have to agree with everyone who offered a 5-star rating!!! It was sheer happenstance that led me to Darin, but I am so grateful I did, as he is the best realtor you could ever have. Through all the uncertainty, anxiety, and frustration that can surround home-buying, he was ever present and ever patient. His experience, promptness, and depth of knowledge was incredibly helpful and in the end, we found a great home! You are in good hands as a buyer or a seller.
