Yesterday was a bad day at the clinic, I am a patient and I expected more attention and in the end they told me that I am not qualified to qualify for the help that exists in the clinic, sorry, how can they say that, I don't have insurance, I pay $60 for each person who arrived and asked for help to an exam and they say that I don't qualify, how is it possible? I bring the letter from my job so they can see how much I earn and they tell me that I can't get help, that's not fair help!!!

The lab technician who was working on March 19 was extremely rude and she recklessly put the syringe in my left and she couldn’t get it right. She did again the same in my right hand heart a lot. She did not say hello to me and she looked angry at for no reason.

I’m so blessed to have met Mr Williams at the front desk, the first time visit. He has such a great attitude and customer service which is amazing , he goes above and beyond, trying to find himself a follow up day and time in a cordial and professional way. It’s a delightful to speak to him and very accommodating . On the other hand spoke this week with a lady at front desk skinny girls was very rude not caring just trying to get rid of you. I was left with no medicine and neither my Doctor was accessible to provide me with other medicine which should know , a patient can not go into a withdrawal, it took a week until saw her again and prescribe me for at least 10 days until I see the referral. Also spoke to other lady and called me , regarding the medicine I needed just to let me know there protocoles from my Dr Milagros Bowls . Very unprofessional and not friendly at all . And few occasions when I needed to tell her something I was feeling , She replies tell me but quickly . First time ever happened to me. Also She had the results in her computer about My blood work , and took 3 o more weeks until today May 11,2023 when I ask how are the results about my blood sugar? And she said was 160 I believe was so high n nothing to control it.However I appreciate the follow up with the sleep services and other test done. I do appreciate as well . Front desk Mr Williams will miss him so much, at front Desk in Gaithersburg, wonderful young man which truly knows about patients and professionalism . Very proud and wish him the best , with his goal and vision . He deserves nothing but the best .
