Awesome clinic with nice staff who talk to you in soothing tones. I appreciate the ones wearing face masks since I love patient safety. The lab plays soft, relaxing salsa music. I love the bilingual signage. I even love the decor for Cervical cancer awareness. They have staff who speak Spanish.
The doctors really care about you, Dr. Holder was the best! I had to knock a star down, not because of the nurses & doctors but because of the front desk. The majority of those girls always have an attitude & try to talk to you like you’re slow. You need to learn how to treat the patients better, you’re there to help us & make our experience smooth as possible & not act like we’re bothering you. Don’t work at the front if answering questions is a problem for you.
