Mary was amazing!
I ended up here after going to the Pike and Rose location. I was looking to purchase Bobbi Brown foundation and I am NO LONGER spending money at places that don't have a full selection of brown makeup. I want the best color FOR ME, not the best color of the testers you have available. (Blue Mercury, you need to fix this at P/R.) Thankfully the young woman told me to go to the Gaithersburg location.

Why is Mary still working here? Every time I come I’m surprised she’s still employed here. Worst customer service ever. She refused to ring up the items I wanted to buy because she needed to close the store for a “few minutes” because it was her break time. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Extremely rude woman working at the RIO location. Looking at other reviews stating the same, and wondering how Bluemercury has not taken action. Definitely lost a customer for life here.
