Felt very comfortable at how Ameriwell clinic services are, Ana is one of the most kind and best customer service she gives makes sure we understand everything before proceeding to anything besides dr.Rouhani making the customers feel better and overall they make a great team and extremely pleased with the services provided really recommend going to this place
This place is amazing! Been coming here for a couple months and had lots of trouble with making some appointments and rescheduling all the time due to life lol but Ana at the front desk was ALWAYS amazing and accommodating. She treated everyone the same and always made me feel comfortable. Everyone there is so nice and helpful and the DR is awesome as well. Had many laughs with her during treatments because she has such a great personality. She also really cares about her patients and their paths to recovery and always maps out the best treatment plans. I had an accident not too long ago and started coming to Ameriwell. To say my experience Is a 10/10 is an understatement. The warm and welcoming environment provided by the assistants (specifically Jasmin) was one like no other. I stared to look forward to my appointment because of her. Her friendliness and her kindness is what made my experience so great. Kinda hope I have another accident so I can come back (im kidding)
