I just had a very positive experience at Maple Lawn Eye Care Center. I have been coming here for the past 8 years and I continue to feel that I am getting top notch service from very qualified personnel. Friendly, calm, efficient. My eyes are changing and Dr. Ely gave me a sophisticated and thorough examination, and then explained--in details that I could understand--what is going on. I feel confident that I am in good hands.
Dr. Ely and the entire staff are absolutely outstanding. They are insanely helpful. They never do anything that you wouldn’t want to do. They recommend based on what is needed for you. I have never had an issue with anybody there and are always willing to help on any problem that I may have, and always make the best possible suggestions for my situations. Everybody is patient and kind and willing to help, and make accommodations for you. Great people, outstanding staff. Wouldn’t recommend any other eye doctor in the area, other than Dr. Ely.
My 2 year old daughter needed to have tear duct opening surgery and it was performed at this facility. This staff, nurses, and doctors were all extremely compassionate and thorough. They went above and beyond to make my daughter and I feel comfortable. Although I hope she never has to get surgery again, I would feel comfortable returning here.
