Joanna!! I cannot say enough about this physical therapist. She is hands down. Life-changing! My first ever physical therapy experience it went far beyond my expectations. I felt better right away as soon as I got home. And of course, I am encouraged to keep coming back weekly until my shoulder is better. So grateful that I found this place.
I was not a believer in physical therapy. My experience had been you go to a clinic, they put you on a bike, then an assistant tells you a couple of exercises to do. I never felt results…until I met Jo at Drayer. My son needed PT for a sport injury and Drayer at the maple lawn location was recommended by a friend. They raved about the physical therapist there, said she made you feel like you were the only patient even though the clinic was busy. My son told me he was feeling better within a couple of weeks. Jo did a fantastic job guiding me through my recovery process with and Achilles issues. She was very attentive to my needs and her massage technique is superb. I am at 90% and continuing outside of therapy to fully recover. Mostly rest from major activity is the key factor for me while also strength and flexibility exercises. You will not be disappointed.
