I couldn’t be happier with the level of professionalism and respect I had from our service. They came out and repaired my washer in under an hour, explained how everything worked, super kind and knowledgeable, he went above and beyond to help me out of a pickle with washing my kids clothes, and they accept payment on the spot so no over the phone invoice payments. I know who we will be using for every appliance issue in the future, 10/10 recommend Appliance Doctor!

Super responsive, next day service, troubleshot the problem over the phone with me, was very knowledgeable about the various years & upgrades on my DW, came down the next day & fixed it in 30 minutes. Fortunately, for me, the washer pump was not bad, just clogged, as he described over the phone the night before ! And the bill was very reasonable.
