We just had the exterior of our home redone by Window World. It was a great experience! They did the windows, siding, soffit, fascia, gutters, and 2 doors. When my salesman Henry arrived to look at our project he was able to answer any and all questions that I had as well as offering some different design ideas that we hadn’t thought of. While discussing the project I asked if it were possible to have the same crew do the entire install. After checking out renewal by Andersen we decided they were way too expensive. My husband called window world, Brad showed up to give us all the information and a few weeks later we have new windows in the whole house. We decided to go with the wood grain on the inside and we are happy we did. Everyone was pleasant to deal with. The installers were polite and friendly and cheerful. This was a pleasant experience for everyone.
Great experience from sales to install! Brad Bjork, our sales consultant, was great. He did not pressure. He was responsive and thorough when contacted and he provided suggestions/alternatives to help us get the style we were looking for without any additional cost. There were no incentives, coupons or extra percent off for signing the day of the sales meeting. The installation went well. It ended up taking 2 days but we appreciated they didn’t rush and they returned the next day to finish (on July 4th).
