Wenbrooke sent technician Kris to troubleshoot and to perform our annual check up. He arrived in a timely manner. Was very polite, friendly, efficient. He quickly identified the problems, corrected it, checked out the rest of our system, and even explained how we could operate the system more efficiently and cost-effectively. Very grateful for his visit. We are very pleased with Wenbrooke and their services.
We had our ac go down during the heat wave. Thankfully we have 2 units and the upper unit was the one that went down. After asking the neighborhood for recommendations, the next door neighbor suggseted Wenbrooke. A quick check to their website got me an appointment pretty much next day -- we spent an uncomfortable night on the couch in the living room because it was frankly too warm upstairs. The tech came out but prior to the tech coming out, I got a phone call, text and email from both the tech and/or the office manager to confirm. We had the problem fixed pretty much same day and was up and running. We ended up doing the year long service contract
Used Wenbrooke for a couple leaks occurring in my kitchen. Marcus was the technician who was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through every step of the repair. I definitely will be using Wenbrooke for future work!
