“Hi! I have to write a review because I see all of the bad reviews and how people are filing complaints with BBB, and it just hasn’t been my experience. I have ADHD & anxiety!!! I have had 2 online appointments within a week’s time with the same Doctor, which means I’ve had to go online to their website, request an appointment day and time, explain why I needed to see the doctor, and both times I received my confirmations for my set appointment, I received the text and email with the link to my appointment, and I had both appointments. The doctor is a little late sometimes but that’s because they see other patients and sometimes the appointments go over time, just like you were in an office. The doctor listened to my issues and explanations, he asked me if I had the issues before and what if anything had I done before to help myself, and after talking with me, asking and answering questions, he prescribed what he thought was best and asked if I was okay with the medications!!! I had to see a doctor again after my initial appointment after about 1 week because I wasn’t feeling right and I wanted to make sure the meds weren’t affecting me negatively, and they put me with the same doctor as my first appointment, and I had my appointment with that doctor and he again listened to what I was going through, and he changed my meds for me!!! They sent the meds to the pharmacy the first time no delays, and the second time the doctor forgot to send them but I called the next day and the person I spoke to emailed the doctor to remind him and my scripts were at the pharmacy and ready a couple of hours later!! To me, for someone who has a hard time getting out to doctors and due to my ADHD and anxiety, this is a lifesaver and a game changer!! I know soon that I will need to get a letter from an in-person doctor to give to Ezcare Clinic, but for now I don’t have to leave my house for an appointment and this company has been AMAZING for me!! I can’t say enough good about them!!!! 1000000% LEGIT!!!!“
