True Sports Physical Therapy in Lebanon, Pa is absolutely amazing! I have had bad experiences in the past with other PT and this is nothing like I have experienced! They use weight training and other techniques and in only three sessions I have already seen progress!

Emily is GREAT! She excels both at diagnostics and at therapy. True Sports in Woodbine has a wonderful group of Phd therapists: Vince, Emily and Matt, the newest addition. All three have worked with me and I would recommend each of them.

My daughter had a serious ankle injury, the 2nd time of sprain at the same place. She is very lucky to have Kaitlyn to help her this time. She feels almost recovered after only two sessions. She really wishes that she came to True Sports after her 1st injury, then she would be recovered much faster and she might not get the injury this time, because the exercises that Kaitlyn taught her would make her stronger therefore to avoid the further injury. thank you!
