Josh was a blessing to us. Being first time home buyers, Josh took his time with us and made us feel comfortable and confident about buying a home. He gave us knowledge that we needed. He was with us step by step throughout. Always there day and night to respond. He would check on us daily, not just with the buying process but with life and family. He became a great friend to me and my family. We are eternally grateful for his partnership and friendship. We will always go with Josh on future projects and will recommend him to ANY and EVERYONE!

Being first time home buyers we thought that it would take so long for us to find a home to call out and little over a month we were able to make that happen but it wouldn’t have been possible without Steve at tidewater mortgage. We were given a time frame and it was stuck to. The process was as stressless as possible but a little bit of stress comes with the territory. We were very happy with the experience we had. They were patient, kind, direct with what was needed from us, helpful when things got tough or complicated. Overall I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
