Booking online was a breeze. The location is easy to get to, parking is ample and a dog to welcome you there is cool too! Lisa is fantastic, only one chair and she is the woman who does the magic to your hair. I have been to multiple barbershops in Frederick and do not need to keep searching any longer. My bar is high as I have had a barber in MOCO for 15+ years. Lisa did everything I have come to expect and more when getting my haircut. This was my first time going to The Barber Shack and will definitively not be the last. Expect me and my sons there for years to come. I hope to test your tough skin theory. Until the next haircut...
Lisa was great. She took the time to talk with me about what i wanted, and made sure it was done right. I had been going to another barber for years who left, and have been on a search for a new one ever since. I had been to a few in between but could not find one I liked. Lisa was fantastic, I will be going back, and I highly recommend her to anyone.

So I was in need of haircut and I was from out of town. I used google map to look up for barber shop in the area of Frederick, MD. I saw this place had great reviews and took a chance. Am I glad I came to this place, right off the bat I knew I made the right choice when I walked in. Lisa asked questions and was very tentative to what kind of haircut i wanted. At the end she made sure I got the haircut I wanted. If I am in town again visiting my brother and need of haircut this is the place I am going back to. Thank you, Lisa!
