We are very pleased with Sterling General Contractors; they did a fantastic job from start to finish. We had an unfinished basement that needed finishing!! Rolando and the team finished out the basement, including installing connections for a bar area, installed a full bath, framing, dry wall, flooring, doors, plumbing, painting, lights, and storage. Plumbing and electrical work passed on the first inspection. Rolando as the project manager offered helpful advice and recommendations to get us exactly what we wanted and how we wanted it. Everyone was professional, courteous, and excellent at their craft, and they kept the area and our property CLEAN. Sterling General communicated with us throughout the project, keeping us informed of their plans and progress every step of the way and we had great confidence in their ability and effectiveness. When we ran into inevitable hiccups, the team was responsive, flexible, and creative. Rolando worked with us to find solutions, without added costs or added time on the project. We highly recommend Sterling General for any kind of remodeling anywhere in your home. This is a great company with skilled workers and servant-hearted leadership and the cost of the entire project stayed on budget. We have recommended them to our neighbors, and we expect to call Rolando when we have another home-renovation project. It was truly a pleasure to work with them.

I would 100% refer Rolando and Sterling General Contractor to others, and will continue to hire him for future work at our home. His attention to detail and commitment to ensuring tasks were not only completed, but done correctly ensured me this was a solid investment. Construction always has bumps along the way like permits and items unseen when work gets on its way but Rolando was always impeccable with his communication and his hard work and extra hours when needed did not go unnoticed.
