2 of my neighbors have used Shepherd, one still needs them. Both ladies have been fantastic. One of the gentleman was not happy with someone from another company but really enjoys the lady who comes to stay with him. I can't imagine a better home care for a loved one.
Shepards Staff is the Gold Standard of Home Care. I have spent the majority of my career in the Home Health industry and can say Shepards Staff does everything RIGHT; they are all well trained, reliable, accountable, easily accessible, extremely caring, courteous and respectful. They cared for my 93 year old uncle as if they were his family; I admire the company and will be forever grateful to Shepards for the role they played in my family's life. The level of caring the entire staff showed to my Uncle and made his final days comfortable and dignified. Thank you Angela and your entire staff both in the office and the field.
