“This is by far THE BEST place to go if you need any type of physical therapy!! I'm going for CMC (arthritis in my basal joint, or hand/thumb) & JOSH is the one treating me there.. His hand knowledge is impeccable! On my 1st visit, he explained everything about CMC to me, like why I have pain, what's causing the pain & how he's going to treat the pain. He answered all of my 100 questions so that I would understand all that's going on. I went to a PT for my knee at "a place in Crestwood," & I felt so uncomfortable there that after 3 visits, I didn't go back.At Frederick Health - Aspen Ridge, it is totally different, I'm talking night & day differently! He is AMAZING!! The great vibe & treatment starts as soon as you walk in the front door & it just flows into the treatment area! It sucks to be in pain as it is, & the last thing you need is to be treated badly! So if you need PT, you need to go to Frederick Health-Aspen Ridge! Dr Steve Horton and the girls at the front desk at 184 Thomas Johnson drive, I had to go back to the office after my visit with him today and have a form completed for work and when doing so I got out of the car and dropped all of my forms, when I did I fell trying to hurry and pick them all up they went every where!!!
