Good service and pleasant environment. 1 star taken away because they charged my credit card twice for the same service on the same day. Had to dispute it with my credit card company.

Lindsey is RUDE, unprofessional; lacking basic customer service skills in a service industry. Go figure. Yesterday was my first time dealing with her. Today, I got back in my car, using my gas and time to have her fix a few nails. First of all, getting your nails done should be an enjoyable wellness and pampered experience - at least to me. It's a luxury. Not a necessity so the experience considering the cost should reflect that. That means if your customer is dissatisfied because some of her nails aren't shape nicely (but lumpy) AND others have bumps (something in the polish that you can see and feel), don't give your “paying” customer that tipped... read full review

i came here last week for a manicure and pedicure. my manicurist told me the manicure would be $50 for dip and $32 for a pedicure. Another woman checked me out and charged me $102. I explained that i was told it was 50 & 32 and she said something along the lines of, "no dip is 50, pedicure is 47." i got a basic pedicure, not a spa one, and that still didn't add up to 102. i just signed, tipped and left, but this place is outrageously expensive. I will definitely not be back, which is unfortunate because Lin did a great job. I usually go to princess nails and it is about $65-70 for gel/dip mani and pedicure, I will definitely be sticking with them from... read full review
