“I have been wearing glasses for 10 years now, and finally decided it was time to get contact lenses. Natalie was assigned to me for my first contact lense class/orientation. I was really struggling with putting the contacts in. Natalie was sooo encouraging, and taught me different techniques. I was still unable to get it in. She provided tips for what to do when I get back home. I came back some weeks later for my second orientation. I was so particular about selecting a day that Natalie would be available because she was so amazing and encouraging! Thankfully, in my 2nd class, I was able to put my contacts in and get them out...after about 2.5 hours. Natalie was with me all through, constantly reminding me I could do it and always trying to help me.
Overall, amazinggg experience! The staff and Doctor are also all very friendly and wonderful! Outstanding service! :)“

“I went to Sterling optical for the first time and had a fantastic experience. Dr. Amedeo was friendly, very thorough, and addressed all of my questions and concerns. I never felt rushed in my appointment. Natalie was tremendous in explaining my results to me, and my options regarding lenses. She was very patient and sweet with my elderly father, who was accompanying me, who also had a lot of questions.? I will definitely be coming back for future exams.“

“I called the Frederick office (3/18/24) and spoke to Miranda who was patient, informative and went above and beyond to help me with my husband’s eye needs! She eventually got me a glaucoma specialist set up for the very next day and a good time since it’s difficult getting him ready for appointments! I don’t know why the negative reviews but my review is Kudos to Miranda! Have her do front office training from time to time to help other staff who might forget that the first call says it all about the establishment (even if incorrect) Great people skills Miranda!!“

“We had a great experience with visiting the Frederick location. We usually drive over an hour out to the Westminster location because customer service has always been good out there however. DAVINA was nothing short of amazing. She put us at ease from start to finish. She helped my daughter pick out frames that was perfect for her. And she helped me pick out an amazing pair of MK glasses that I absolutely love and have gotten so many compliments on. She was very patient and kind and we had a blast working with DAVINA. I highly recommend working with Davina if you do stop by.

The eye doctors need a lot of work with customer service. Not really friendly or inviting and If I can remember they didn't even introduce themselves. Just called our name andhad us sit down and asked us which looked better. The five star review is for Davina.“
