“I have been wearing glasses for 10 years now, and finally decided it was time to get contact lenses. Natalie was assigned to me for my first contact lense class/orientation. I was really struggling with putting the contacts in. Natalie was sooo encouraging, and taught me different techniques. I was still unable to get it in. She provided tips for what to do when I get back home. I came back some weeks later for my second orientation. I was so particular about selecting a day that Natalie would be available because she was so amazing and encouraging! Thankfully, in my 2nd class, I was able to put my contacts in and get them out...after about 2.5 hours. Natalie was with me all through, constantly reminding me I could do it and always trying to help me.
Overall, amazinggg experience! The staff and Doctor are also all very friendly and wonderful! Outstanding service! :)“

“I recently had cataract surgery with Dr. Amy Nichols, and I have to say, she is an amazing surgeon. Her knowledge and skill in the operating room is superior. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Nichols was patient and caring and made herself very accessible to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend her and her office. Thanks to her expertise, things are looking much better for me now after my cataract removal - pun intended, and it's 100% true.“

“We had a great experience with visiting the Frederick location. We usually drive over an hour out to the Westminster location because customer service has always been good out there however. DAVINA was nothing short of amazing. She put us at ease from start to finish. She helped my daughter pick out frames that was perfect for her. And she helped me pick out an amazing pair of MK glasses that I absolutely love and have gotten so many compliments on. She was very patient and kind and we had a blast working with DAVINA. The eye doctors need a lot of work with customer service. Not really friendly or inviting and If I can remember they didn't even introduce themselves. Just called our name andhad us sit down and asked us which looked better. The five star review is for Davina.“
