O'Connor Plumbing was contacted due to an issue with my house plumbing that a smaller company couldn't resolve. It turned out there was / is a tree root that has broken a pipe under the house and has started growing inside the plumbing pipe.
Ken and Asher were the best. They were so professional, courteous, couthy, they explained what they were doing, and they cleaned up the mess when they were done. I am so grateful for workers like this. They've cleared a portion of the the problem with the machines and tools they had readily available. We will be scheduling for them to return to finish removing the tree root. Thanks, Ken and Asher.

This is the second clog I’ve had in my apartment in 2 weeks. George & Will came in and took care of the issue in less time than the first two techs (or maintenance here at the apartment). They were so nice, professional, made sure to explain the issue, and made sure to clean up whatever mess they made - which was minimal. Absolutely amazing! Thank you both so much!
Ken Robinson came to the apartment and fixed our sink issue. It wasn’t the prettiest situation to be apart of but Ken handled it like a true professional and I appreciated that immensely! I don’t know how he even had the energy to be social afterwards lol. He represents the company well. Thank you Ken!
