North Cleaners is absolutely incredible. I have been going to them for a little over a year and surprisingly, this is the first time I’m leaving a review. They have hemmed multiple dresses for me absolutely perfectly, and recently I asked if they could hem a dress and add thicker straps with fabric that I brought in myself. They did exactly as I asked under such a reasonable price. I truly appreciate all of their work, and I will absolutely be bringing more pieces for them to alter in the future.

Excellent service every time! Elizabeth, owner/operator, is always friendly and welcoming. Besides dry cleaning, this place offers alteration services. Alterations are never inexpensive but at North End Cleaners, the resulting work is top notch. Elizabeth's a perfectionist! I've taken a few items to be altered and the work has been flawless. The customer is asked to put on the piece to be altered, then measurements are taken, and - if necessary - an explanation of what's going to be done is provided. North cleaners has always done an amazing job not only with my dry cleaning, but also alterations and clothing fixes I've asked for. The family that owns this business is so lovely and kind. I've had many things I've needed fixed or dry cleaned in a pinch before I run off to a business trip and they have always managed to help me. Definitely the place to go if you're in downtown Frederick 10/10 customers service and value
