My family just moved to the area and I stopped in this BOA location for some assistance, Nadia Ruppenthall greeted me with a smile and was so nice and helpful. It was nice to meet such a friendly banker. Thanks Nadia, it's the little things that count.

I went to bank of America on Friday with my daughter because she lost her card. Was told to wait until the customer service lady name Erica get off the phone, she would help us. We sat there for 15 minutes a gentleman came in she said something to him in Spanish. Then told us he was her appointment and we would have to wait. If she knew she had an appointment she should have said that. I was so disappointed I got up she said I talked to my manager. I just left I felt it was rude the way she handled it.

Wow so somehow my review was erased! Your not getting off the hook this easy. This branch is awful! You will wait in line for a teller and watch as several employees are sitting at desks doing nothing. I've had my debit card replaced here before and they messed it up and had to give me several temp cards because they have no clue what they are doing here. I've spoken to the new manager and I hope he can turn this place around. The assist manager on the other hand will be instantly noticeable she's the lady distracting the staff with water cooler discussions, or your find her avoiding all the customers in the corner.
