I’ve used Markool three times now. Once for heating maintenance at my home, an AC repair at my daughter’s home and once for plumbing. Each time the office staff made the process so easy. The appointment was simple to book and the follow up texts kept me informed. The technicians were clean cut, professional and respectful of my home. I did not feel pushed toward extra services. They were straightforward, helpful and genuinely seemed to care about doing the job well.

Markool Heating, Cooling and Plumbing provided quick response to a plumbing issue in my basement. They sent Adam (plumber) out immediately, he looked over the issue and provided a resolution. Markool Heating Cooling Plumbing came out and fixed my heat pump which would not give me heat, it only poured out cool air. After one technician fixed it for a day, another technician came out on Saturday and determine the issue was a part that needed to be ordered. Two business days later I got a phone call and they got the part and I am sitting here in my toasty warm apartment. These guys are tops in my book.
