I’m very happy that I called Markool for my plumbing needs. The project I’m working on is a temporary fix, somewhat unusual. My technician was Richard Conner. Richard was very helpful in detailing all the necessary steps for the job. He was patient answering all my questions, he understood the reasons and the need for doing the project and provided options available at Markool to include arranging finance for my project. Markool is the BEST! Guys so professional and courteous—they explain everything & show all pictures as well. They were also very respectful of our home and were so sweet and helpful when we got the new HVAC so very pleased! Highly recommend for servicing & duct work as well!! Great job!
