As a level 1/2, I am always impressed by any instructor that can make it challenging and helpful to all at multi-levels, but what is really a beginner class. Sabrina does just this. Her playing of bowls at the beginning and end creates a wonderful mood and her instruction helps everyone there. The flow is fantastic!

I love being able to connect via zoom. I am able to attend class on my schedule. I love it I love the 15 minute class it works with my schedule it’s a wonderful 15 minute class to rejuvenate my inner self

I attended the Full Moon Sound Bath and Release Ritual on Sunday evening and had a wonderful experience! Sabrina was very welcoming and guided myself and other participants on a lovely soul-searching journey. Her voice was very calming and warm, the crystal bowls she played were very relaxing and vibrational. I felt very relaxed and also energized when I left. The studio is a cute little place, very cozy and inviting. Since it was more of a meditative practice, I feel like this would appeal to many people-no yoga experience necessary.
