Signed our son up at the Frederick location and we could not be more pleased. The teachers are wonderful. They keep the kids engaged the entire class and make it a positive and fun learning environment. Our son is very shy and needed to develop some confidence. I can already see a difference from the short time he has been coming to Kicks. Would highly recommend!

My daughter has loved every minute of kicks karate over the last 2.5 years. The staff does a great job explaining and breaking down the days lesson in a way the kids can understand. They do a good job incorporating physical and mental tests and challenges while teaching the children karate. My daughter loves it so much she actually had a birthday party here. This is a great place to introduce your child to karate, I highly recommend it

The kids love it. They are excited to kick and spar. Well dressed. Clean location. Staff seem very friendly. Sitting area for kids. Kids are also well protected with helmet and soft masks and soft shoes so it is quite safe
