The person I dealt with was excellent. I Fedex'ed my sport coat and slacks for a wedding, since I did not want them wrinkled during our 16 hour car trip. The quality of the pressing was great and they were ready for me to pick up as agreed. Definitely would recommend!

While I do not use a dry cleaner near me as often as I used to, I appreciate that J & M does a great job with laundry and dry cleaning. I have never asked for one or two day service as they appear to deal almost exclusively in an expectation that clothes will be ready in approximately 5 to 7 business days. I believe the business is completely staffed by the owners and it shows in their professional and business like attitudes.

The owner knew which clothes belonged to me without looking at the ticket even though I had been in there once prior. And at checkout he noticed my zipper was broken on my wallet and then he fixed it. Old fashioned customer service! This will definitely be the only place I use.
