We had been battling a failing system with another HVAC company for two weeks during which our only solace was emergency heat. We called Honest Air the Monday before Thanksgiving praying for a warm house for the holiday. Their salesman arrived same day. He was knowledgeable and we felt confident making a full replacement investment. Better yet, they scheduled our installation on Thanksgiving Eve. The install team was courteous, efficient and protected our home during the process. They walked us through the new system and made our home warm and inviting for the holiday. Our experience has been exceptional! With so many HVAC companies out there, we are so happy we chose Honest Air LLC!

This is a parody review to the original Fresh Prince of Bel-Air tv show’s opening theme song, written and performed by DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince himself- Will Smith! Please have fun, and sing along! And one quick serious note- I will not call anyone else again. And a grateful thank you goes out to Dan, Brandon, John, Blake, Dylan and Riley for representing customer service at it’s finest and looking so good doing it! I swear y’all, it must be a job requirement! “Do you know what HVAC stands for?” “Have you ever been told you are easy on the eyes?” ‘If you entered yes to both, please tell us when you are available for an interview.” HAHA! Enjoy! Now this is a story, all about how our HVAC was replaced, and we cooled right down! Now I’d like to take a minute- just sit right there To tell you how great a company that is HONEST AIR! In the heart of Frederick City, in the hottest summer haze Our AC just quit blowing- sent us all in a craze Layed out sweatin, and relaxin -not cool Callin all our friends so we can use their pools We had a couple of guys that were lookin’ so good Make the service calls out to our neighborhood Took only a few short hours and my dog was scared But then we needed more clothes than just our underwear! They were fast to send the quote and when it came through Could not believe for that price we get it all brand new Seamless and thorough we all know that that’s rare But you get that and so much more when you call HONEST AIR! They pulled up to the house right at 8am perfectly prompt and with those handsome grins We saw the new unit- We were glad they were there Got our new HVAC from HONEST AIR!
During the heat wave our 20 yr old Trane stopped working so we called Honest Air. Ayden came out, was very nice and courteous, explained everything in detail and fixed our AC in no time! Will definitely call Honest Air in the future as well as recommend them!!
